Book in for your most convenient time slot and let us provide you with a variety of workouts.

 This is our most common class offering a full body workout or split with modifications made as needed.  The goal is fat loss or strength. 

 

 Slower style class focussing on maintaining and improving your mobility for longevity.

 

Our pilates classes are either mat work or standing and rotate through a full-body workout.  Modifications will be readily made for those that need it.

 

 This class is often on the floor however we have availability for a high floor for those who struggle to get up and down, please let us know when booking.
